Amber Aminos Adaptogen Hot Chocolate

A must before bed! Like a healthy hot chocolate that helps sleep. I put Inositol in with mine amd its quite the combination. My favourite pre bed drink.

I am a regular purchaser of this outstanding product. Not only is it delicious is has amazing benefits to not only recovery but sleep. Super magnesium!

I had been looking for a sugar free alternative to a hot chocolate drink for while, as I find it helps me sleep, but want to avoid processed sugar. This product is perfect and I have had the best and deepest sleeps after drinking it.

I have been using these products for quite a while now, over a year.
As a self confessed chocolate addict, I was skeptical about trying adaptogen hot chocolate. It is delicious!
Not only that, I really struggling to fall asleep (I usually use the R5’s -they are also fab! Especially the blueberry one!) These adaptogens help me to unwind and relax before going to sleep.

With a year of the C word my sleep has taken a firm beating. If you are like me quality sleep is essential to effective training and many other areas of my life…. Having woken again a 2am and worked from 3am for a 16hr day I was not prepared to let the cycle go any longer so branched out from the R5’s weaponry to the Amber Hot Chocolate.

Honestly this is another game changer from Matt, the taste on it’s own is reach and chocolatey, but not overly sweet, but the thing that counts… OMG my sleep is noticeably better. I track my HRV and although I do not use the AMBER Chocolate all the time my sleep on the nights I do is deep, restful and restorative making me a nicer human again.

This really is worth a try and all I can say is thanks Matt you are a genius

This tastes like it should be bad for you, but the quality of sleep and recovery I get form taking it as a pre sleep supplement is why I currently have 3 tubs in my cupboard.
