Introduction and who is Aminoman Ltd
This notice explains the types of personal data we may collect when you interact with us and also explains how we handle that data and keep it safe. It is likely that we will need to update and amend this notice from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email, but you can access this information whenever you choose to.
This notice relates to Aminoman Ltd, a UK based on-line sales company and subsidiary of Perform and Function Ltd. For other business and services supplied by Perform and Function Ltd you may need to consult the relevant notice but for simplicity throughout this page, “we” and “us” means Aminoman Ltd.
When using the Aminoman website, Perform and Function Ltd is the data controller.
The Legal basis for collecting data and when we collect it
The law on data protection gives a number of reasons why and how a company may collect and process personal data:

Collecting personal data
We capture transaction based data when you select items, when you create an account with us and make an online purchase. The personal data collected
When you create an account with us your name and billing/delivery address, orders and receipts, email and telephone number will be collected. Your login password is retained as an encrypted record for security. Details of when and where your transactions took place will be kept including how you used the website.
Why we collect your personal data
To tailor your shopping experience with us we try to build a picture of what you prefer by combining the data we have about you. We use this to offer you promotions, products and information that we think may be of interest to you. How long we keep your personal data

If we have to share your personal data with third party processors in countries outside the EEA we have agreements with those parties that they must follow the same standards of data protection as of that in the EEA, following applicable laws and the principles in this Privacy Notice.
Your rights regarding your personal data
You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you (free of charge in most cases); correction of personal data that is out of date, incomplete or incorrect; deletion of your personal data when you withdraw consent or object and when we have no legitimate interest or the reasonable duration of retention has come to an end. You have the right to withdraw consent for our use of your personal data at any time and to exercise this right please contact us on sales@aminoman.com however, there may be a short period of time whilst final administration of the services you have requested are completed before this processing can legitimately end.

For those based outside the UK, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection regulator of your country of residence.

This notice is provided in English only. Should there be conflict with any translated version, this English version shall prevail.
