Matt was recommended to me by my physio—and I’m so glad he was. I used to suffer from low energy, zero enthusiasm, dizzy spells, and was constantly dealing with injuries. Over the course of six months, I went to the doctor in tears multiple times because I felt so awful. I had no energy, and no answers. The doctors simply blamed menopause and told me I was 52 and just getting older.

My blood tests were technically “in range,” but I was at the very bottom of those ranges—which explained why I felt so low, worn out, and plagued by constant aches and pains.

Under Matt’s guidance, I had multiple blood tests done properly and thoroughly. I can honestly say he has changed my life. Even my husband has noticed a huge difference in my energy levels and enthusiasm for life. Before meeting Matt, I was in a terrible mess—now I feel like myself again.

I’d always avoided Omega-3s because they repeated on me, but these are the best I’ve ever tried. I take two after breakfast, two after dinner, and two before bed.

The change in my skin has been incredible—it feels tighter, smoother, and I genuinely feel and even look younger, inside and out.

I've tried so many different products over the years but this one is great, helps with my sleep and recovery for sure so I'll be a regular with this one.

I've been round the houses trying various intro workout drinks. By far this is my favourite, it has flavour but not too sweet, my energy levels during workouts is so much better and as a 60 year post menopause woman, I'd recommend this. This is now my go to workout drink. Thanks for the great product Matt.

I stopped taking fish oils for some time and then decided to give Amino Man fish oils a go, because I was experiencing knee pain due to my daily running. Within one week, my knee pain had gone and my training sessions have improved. I know Matt has always been an advocate of fish oils, how right he is!
