The ingredients in Amber Aminos are supported by extensive scientific research demonstrating their role in stress reduction, sleep quality, cognitive support, and overall health:

• Ashwagandha (KSM-66): Multiple human clinical trials have shown significant reductions in cortisol levels and perceived stress, along with improvements in sleep quality and hormonal balance. A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study (Chandrasekhar et al., 2012) demonstrated that 300 mg twice daily reduced serum cortisol by 27.9% and improved resistance to stress.

• Rhodiola Rosea: Research supports its ability to reduce fatigue and improve cognitive performance under stress. A double-blind placebo-controlled trial (Darbinyan et al., 2000) found that Rhodiola improved mental performance and reduced fatigue in students during examination periods.

• Siberian Ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus): Known for enhancing endurance and resilience, studies have shown it helps improve physical performance and immune response, particularly during periods of high stress and fatigue (Davydov & Krikorian, 2000).

• Glycine: Clinical trials demonstrate that glycine before bedtime improves sleep latency and quality by regulating core body temperature and promoting deeper sleep stages (Yamadera et al., 2007).

• L-Theanine: Research indicates that L-theanine promotes relaxation without sedation and improves attention and focus. A double-blind, placebo-controlled trial (Kimura et al., 2007) showed enhanced alpha brain wave activity and reduced stress responses with 200 mg doses.

• 5-HTP: As a serotonin precursor, 5-HTP has been shown to improve mood and regulate sleep cycles. Clinical evidence suggests it supports serotonin synthesis and may aid in reducing depressive symptoms and improving sleep quality (Turner et al., 2006).

• Phosphatidylserine: Randomized controlled trials have shown improved memory, focus, and cognitive performance in older adults, as well as reduced cortisol responses to stress (Hellhammer et al., 2004).

• Magnesium and Zinc: Magnesium bisglycinate is highly bioavailable and supports muscle relaxation, sleep, and mood regulation (Abbasi et al., 2012). Zinc plays a crucial role in immune function, neurotransmitter balance, and recovery (Prasad, 2008).

• Inulin & Probiotics: Prebiotic fibers like inulin and strains like Bacillus coagulans (Lactospore®) are supported by studies showing improved gut health, enhanced immunity, and better nutrient absorption (Gibson et al., 2017).
