Directions

Mix one scoop (approx. 30g) with 200–250ml of water, milk, or your preferred beverage. Consume 1–2 servings daily, ideally after training or between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
