Directions

Best taken in divided doses, ideally after meals. Sip slowly rather than gulping. Typical use: 22g per day (≈1 level scoop if provided; label notes 1 tbsp ≈ 10g). Use pre- or intra-workout, or split across the day.Alert: temporary tingling may occur from beta-alanine—this is common and non-harmful. Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.

I use to drip feed aminos whilst running.

I have been getting the running miles in recently and received my Amino Loader days before my 50th birthday. It tastes nice and is much better than sipping a watery protein powder whilst training, which was always a bit sickly for me. I loaded 3 days prior to doing a 13-mile fasted run and sipped this during the run and then did another 13-mile run 3 days after. At the moment, my recovery after a run of this nature is 1 to 2 days and then I'm ready to go again for a long distance run no problems. I have not lost any muscle percentage also during this period which I am sure this product assists with especially on a 13 mile fasted run which I did for experimental purposes. Great product and I shall continue to use it.
