1. AHCC® (Active Hexose Correlated Compound)

AHCC® is a proprietary mushroom extract with over 30 human clinical trials. Studies demonstrate that AHCC® increases natural killer (NK) cell activity, dendritic cell function, and cytokine production, supporting both innate and adaptive immune responses.

2. Beta-Glucans from Functional Mushrooms

Reishi, shiitake, maitake, and cordyceps are rich sources of beta-1,3/1,6-glucans — recognised immunomodulatory polysaccharides that bind to receptors on macrophages and NK cells. A systematic review confirmed that beta-glucan supplementation significantly enhanced immune cell activity and reduced the incidence of upper respiratory tract infections.

3. Vitamin C & Zinc

Both vitamin C and zinc carry EFSA-approved claims for contributing to the normal function of the immune system.
