"Finally – A cookbook with nutritious yet delicious meal prep recipes" – HT

I am a recipe book fanatic and always on the hunt for nutritious but great-tasting dishes. Matt has carefully considered key nutritional principles such as portion size, protein, carb and fat balance, plus a wide range of vitamins and minerals, then created delicious recipes around them.

Many cookbooks offer taste or health, but this one delivers both. The recipes are simple to prepare and fit easily into everyday cooking. I also love the colour coding so you can pick dishes for fat-loss goals or for pre and post exercise.

This book is a “must have” for anyone who enjoys delicious food and wants to eat in a healthier way.

"The best nutritionist I have ever come across" – Jay

I have been a keen sports enthusiast and nutrition learner for many years, but I could never quite get my body composition and diet right for the demands of my sport. A friend introduced me to Matt Lovell and I visited him for advice.

Since following Matt’s guidance and reading this book, I have achieved a body shape I never thought possible. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and clearly understands what works and what does not. His approach produced real results for me. Thank you, Matt!

"Easy to make health food" – Gavin Allinson

The recipes in this book are very easy to follow and straightforward. No special technical skills needed, yet the results are delicious.

The first dish I made was the bolognaise with leek linguine. I have been cooking bolognaise for over 30 years and have tried many versions, and this one was the best. It might have been the passata, paprika or chicken livers, but the flavour was outstanding.

The leek linguine was a revelation too. I have used courgettes before as a low-carb pasta substitute, but the leeks brought a completely new twist.

Have fun and stay healthy cooking these recipes.

"A brilliant book – well worth the investment!" – Ben Dills

I have just received my copy of the Palm Sized Plan and it is fantastic. The layout is clear, the recipes are excellent, and there is a very helpful section on portion control and eating for performance.

I highly recommend it.
