A clear improvement

I sought this product because my work involves sustained amounts of focus, can be high pressure and leads to anxiety if things go awry.

I’ve been quite cautious in my dosage, taking less than the suggested amount, but I have seen a consistent improvement. Prior to using, my brain was hitting a wall by 2pm, then again around 3.30/4pm - simply refusing to stay online. Since using the Focus, I have great focus all morning with a gentle tail off to the end of the afternoon. No more struggling to stay switched on (or awake), instead taking short breaks as I need and feeling better mental balance.

I have no desire to succumb to mental atrophy so will continue my experiment for the foreseeable future as I slide graciously towards my 7th decade.

This formula is a must for my heavy lifting and weights sessions in the gym.
