Directions

Take 3–6 capsules daily with water, preferably with meals. For general wellbeing, 3–4 capsules per day is sufficient; during periods of high training load, low calorie intake, or poor diet quality, use up to 6 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended dose.

Best Omega 3 I have ever tried

Metabolic Amino Complex

I've been round the houses trying various intro workout drinks. By far this is my favourite, it has flavour but not too sweet, my energy levels during workouts is so much better and as a 60 year post menopause woman, I'd recommend this.
