R5 Aminos | Natural Post-Workout Amino Recovery Blend

Take 1 serving (16 g) after training or at night shortly after supper, before sleep. Mix into 300–400 ml of water and drink slowly.

Usage: R5 AMINOS can be taken daily, but increase the amount gradually. Maximum effective intake is 32 g (split into two 16 g doses). Multiple daily dosages should be taken 8 hours apart. Use for five continuous days, then take two days off. You can also use on training days only, or on a day-on/day-off schedule.
