A clear improvement

I sought this product because my work involves sustained amounts of focus, can be high pressure and leads to anxiety if things go awry.

I’ve been quite cautious in my dosage, taking less than the suggested amount, but I have seen a consistent improvement. Prior to using, my brain was hitting a wall by 2pm, then again around 3.30/4pm - simply refusing to stay online. Since using the Focus, I have great focus all morning with a gentle tail off to the end of the afternoon. No more struggling to stay switched on (or awake), instead taking short breaks as I need and feeling better mental balance.

I have no desire to succumb to mental atrophy so will continue my experiment for the foreseeable future as I slide graciously towards my 7th decade.

A little goes a very very long way. Using much less than the recommended dosage and focus is nailed in for a considerable amount of time.

The product is excellent and delivers. Disappointed that there was no scoop so had to work out serving with teaspoons. Other than that it is something I will use again👍

“We’ve stopped using scoops due to plastic reduction being part of our foundational principles.

We do sell metal scoopers (which are really nice).

Then you only need 1 set for all product use for life!

If you have followed Matt for any time, you will surely appreciate his depth of knowledge and understanding about nutrition and supplementation. This formula really reflects that depth of knowledge. Each ingredient was clearly picked carefully and is provided in efficacious doses for excellent results. Best of all, you can really feel the effects. I have used this for workouts and when I needed deep focus for deep work and it really did what it was meant to. I feel calm clarity and focus within 30 minutes of taking this. I have (reluctantly :) let a few friends of mine try this as well and the results were equally good for them too. Truly an amazing product!
