Adaptacat - Adaptogenic Herbal Blend

Bit of a difficult thing to explain but worth trying as it affected two people ( not exactly scientific I know) the effects when you start are how shall I say gentle.
After a period of time my wife and I stopped taking them ran out forgot you know.
We started taking them again after I got a box from my sister. A week later we both felt that little bit better. All we can say is we have a single dose with our coffee in the morning and we won’t be without it anymore. It is definitely making a difference as to how we feel.

A complete gamechanger of a product. I didn't expect it to work on my energy levels like it did and for that reason I would recommend sticking with the 2.5g dose for a few days to gauge how you react yourself. Well worth the investment and definitely now a mainstay supplement.

I had been feeling very run down from working long hours in the gym, training hard on a personal level, not getting enough sleep and not getting enough sunlight either ... I wasn't prepared to change my lifestyle but luckily these adaptogens really sorted me out. I felt an instantaneous difference within 2 or 3 days with more energy and improved mental outlook too. Well worth the investment!

Whilst the earthy flavour of this one may not be the most exciting thing to consume, the energy and wellness results gives it a definite edge over other adaptogens I’ve tried. Also - at 2.5 / 5g max serving per day, it goes a long way.

For me, this product takes a while to work. Perhaps about a week, I would say. But it surely does work! After taking this for a while I feel calmer overall and I also feel that I recover better from both physical and emotional stress. The only advice I would give for anyone taking this for the first time is to start with lower doses and build up. The body takes some time to adjust to absorbing the deeply nutritive elements in this formula. All in all, another awesome formula by Matt.
