Vitamin D3 & K2 Blend

Still using the great subscription service from Aminoman to get my daily boost of Vitamin D. Since I have been taking them I have noticed I seem to catch fewer colds. I know correlation isn't causation, but this blend appears to work for me.

Improvement seen

I noticed that I wasn’t absorbing calcium well and my mood was low so it was time to take action.
A few weeks of taking D3 and K2, I’m feeling more like my usual cheerful self and generally more balanced.

12 weeks post titanium hip replacement

Added this to my daily supplements and after 7 days my energy levels and post rehab/conditioning my usual soreness either from the surgery or the training appears to be absent my desire to get through sessions is upbeat and I’m enjoying my workouts!

Recovery and protection

These are great after training to help with recovery. My wife and I take these from autumn to spring to keep well. My wife’s mild asthma wheezing has vanished each autumn for the last two years that she has taken these, together with the multivitamins and fish oils.
