Directions

Actually I made a mistake and really prefer your other collagen which is easier to mix in my porridge!

Great for Ligaments,Joints, Skin, Nails & Hair

I use Collagen before training and feel it seeps into my knees and elbows a I train. It has added benefits for hair, skin and nails. When I take it I need to get my hair cut twice as often and cut my nails even more regularly. It has helped iron out some crows feet also.

I started taking this just as I suffered a nasty knee injury and it has made a real difference to my recovery as well as the day to day recovery from my cycling sessions. I blend it with a banana and some berries for a full belter and it improves on the flavour too.

Great product

This has really made a difference to my performance and wellbeing. I am doing intermittent fasting and I Isengard this during my fast with some other supplements and it helps to keep me feeling energised and takes my hunger away. Great little tool highly recommend.

Makes a difference for sure

The biggest change was on my skin I think for this. Definitely noticed better colour and texture of my skin, after a few weeks I looked a bit less tired and dry. I wouldn't say it should replace good skin care regime but it definitely helps!
