What Are Senescent Cells?

Senescent (or “zombie”) cells are damaged or aged cells that no longer divide but remain metabolically active, secreting inflammatory cytokines, proteases, and growth factors — collectively called the senescence-associated secretory phenotype (SASP). These cells accumulate with age, contributing to chronic inflammation, tissue fibrosis, and accelerated aging.

I recently researched the links between positive psychology and sleep.

 Having lectured about sleep for years, I’m well versed in the physiology, sleep rituals, hygiene and compounds like magnesium which assist deeper more restful sleep.

There’s another strong link though the link between purpose and mindfulness and rumination, wakefulness and the like.

 This is the unifying principle.
