Organic Spice Mixes (400g bags)

Aminoman is excited to bring you a new range of organic spice mixes. Now in massive 400g bags!

These are the very same ones I use in my own cooking and cooking with my clients and each mix has been chosen to enhance the flavour and depth of your cooking.

The Immune Mix is one I’ve used for a while which I’ve found helps with feeling better if you have a cold, sore throat or flu like symptoms. Boil this up with some lemon and add Manuka honey to taste.

The Chilli Spice helps change the bolognese over to a chilli as part of the Sunday overcooking strategy I often employ. You batch cook a large bolognese, then later in the week switch it up to a chilli with added kidney beans, serving with low fat creme fraiche or rice of your choice, low carb rice if cutting. Guacamole and so on.

The BBQ Mix is a great marinade for chicken or any meats really. You can use honey to baste the meat and then leave it for at least an hour (ideally over night) before cooking on the barbecue or in the slow cooker. 

The Saffron is the latest addition to the range. Use as a culinary spice.

Chilli Blend: (Spices, Garlic), Smoked Paprika, Onion Granules, Ground Cumin Seed, Garlic Granules, Ground Nutmeg, Ground Cinnamon, Concentrated Lemon Juice Powder, Concentrated Lime Juice Powder, Rubbed Herbs (Coriander, Oregano), Smoke Powder.

BBQ:
Smoked paprika, cumin, black pepper, chilli, garlic onion, tomato powder and bay leaf.

Chilli:
Chilli, turmeric, cumin, paprika, onion, garlic, black pepper

Georgian:
Coriander, fennel, cloves, fenugreek, marigold, mint, dill, savory. Cinnamon

Curry:
Coriander, Cumin, Mustard, Turmeric, Ginger, Cayenne, Garlic, Bay Leaves Powder

Japanese:
Chilli, black sesame seed, white sesame seeds, orange peel, ginger root, Sichuan pepper and seaweed
